What we collect
Information you give us
When you complete a form, take the Beam Check, call us or message us on WhatsApp:
- Your name, telephone number and email address
- The county your property is in, and how many rooms are involved
- Anything you tell us about the property or the beams
- Your answers to the Beam Check, and the finish it suggested
- Any photographs you send us
Information collected automatically
If you arrive from an advertisement, our forms record identifiers that let us
tell which advertisement brought you here — Google's gclid,
gbraid and wbraid parameters, and any campaign tags in
the link. We also record the page you arrived on and the site you came from.
Your IP address is processed briefly to limit automated form abuse. It is not stored against your enquiry.

| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and preparing a quotation | Legitimate interests, and steps towards a contract |
| Carrying out work you have engaged us for | Performance of a contract |

| Keeping records of work carried out | Legal obligation, and legitimate interests |
| Preventing automated abuse of our forms | Legitimate interests |
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are held in a database hosted in Ireland (eu-west-1) by Supabase, our data processor. Access is restricted to the people who need it to answer you.
